ACCORDING TO STANDARD B1300 & B1301

ÖNORM B1300 - The sticker for your residential property

ÖNORM B1300 is more than just a standard - it acts as a preventative measure in the sense of §1319 ABGB, which regulates "traffic safety obligations" and "building liability". As the owner of a residential property, you are not only responsible for its condition, but also for the safety of the people living in it.

The departments:

  • Technical property security
  • Hazard avoidance and Fire protection
  • Health and environmental protection
  • Burglary protection and protection against external hazards

ÖNORM B1301 - The sticker for your non-residential property

ÖNORM B1301 is similar to its sister standard B1300. However, it requires regular inspection routines for non-residential properties, such as business premises, schools, museums and much more. Operators and owners face direct liability and safety risks insofar as both company and non-employee personnel may be present in danger zones.
